Terms of Delivery

1.   The Ka-Master Merchants/sender must be responsible for the complete booking details and MMGC shall not be held liable for missing and/or wrong information. The merchant/sender is aware that MMGC’s policy is payment first (to be paid via online) before any delivery transactions. MMGC is NOT providing CASH ON DELIVERY transactions to secure all parties' safety.

 

2.   The   Ka-Master Merchants/sender is solely responsible for packaging properly to secure the quality of the products during the delivery process. In the case of any loss or damage of the product due to improper or faulty packaging, it is the sole responsibility of the merchant/sender and MMGC will not be held liable for any of these damages.

 

3.   The total number of parcels/ packaging is the reference for the billing fee. The weight per parcel shall not exceed 15kgs. In the event of delivery in the same location of more than 1 parcel bag, then an additional fee would be added to the standard cost of delivery.

 

4.   The Ka-Master Merchants/sender must correctly declare the content and the value price inside the package. It will be the sole responsibility of the merchant/sender in the event of incorrect information on the declared package/s willful or otherwise.

 

5.   MMGC strongly does not accept/allow the delivery of prohibited items such as living or dead animals, corpses or its parts, weapons, drugs, ammunition, flammable materials, high value non aesthetic or aesthetic products, and other items strictly prohibited and restricted by the government.

 

6.   MMGC reserves the right, though not obligated, to inspect packages to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Should the sender include prohibited or restricted items without MMGC's knowledge, the sender agrees to indemnify and hold MMGC harmless from any and all damages, losses, costs, or claims that may arise as a result.

 

7.   MMGC cannot guarantee that the entire  delivery process will be smooth and appropriate, particularly during bad weather conditions. In the event of unforeseen fortuitous events arise during the delivery process, MMGC reserves the right to be exempted from any/all damages, losses or other costs and demands/claims from any party as may be provided for by law.

 

8.   When the parcel is received by the recipient and there are no complaints encountered, the delivery is deemed successful and in good condition without any complications/problems

 

9.   Should there be any claims/complaints for loss or damaged items, a report shall be submitted to MMGC by the sender/merchant, and not the recipient. This must be accomplished no later than seven (7) days after the product is delivered, as shown on the receipt and/or other related documents.

 

10. In the event that the recipient does not receive the delivered product/ parcel, MMGC riders is responsible for returning the product/parcel to the merchant/sender and is responsible for an additional fee

 

11. Aside from the provisions of the agreement or written terms and conditions on this recipient, MMGC cannot be held responsible and burdened with another agreement or other legal claims except when the agreement is in writing, approved by the MMGC.

 

12. The Ka-Master Merchants/sender is deemed to have read, understood and agreed with all the delivery terms and conditions stated on this receipt without any influence from any party, as well as freeing MMGC from any/all demands or form of compensation claim.

 

13. Should there be any court action arising from this contract, the same shall be brought in the proper court of Las Piñas City to the exclusion of all other courts.
