PROHIBITED ITEMS

MMGC prohibits the delivery of :

  • Living or Dead Creatures such as people, pets/animals or fish seedlings

  • Prohibited Items such as illegal drugs, weapons, firearms, and ammunition

  • Certainly:

  • All types of gases, whether hazardous, flammable, or toxic.

  • Explosive materials or items.

  • Any form of flammable substance, whether liquid, solid, or gas.

  • All types of radioactive materials.

  • Any corrosive materials.

  • Perishable goods in any form.

  • All tobacco and cigarette products.

  • Prescription drugs are prohibited unless authorized by the medical store for dispensing.

  • High Valued item exceeding (₱2000), such as jewelry or any valuable item or documents not limited to jewelry and the like

  • Items that are fragile, liquid, perishable, and prone to spoilage or melting, such as but not limited to baked goods, glassware, home appliances, computers, electronics, shampoo, watches, etc.

  • Any forms of Negative Propaganda

  • Items prohibited by Philippine laws, statutes, or regulations.

 

If an item prohibited by Philippine law is shipped through MMGC, the company reserves the right to report the sender to the police and confiscate the item.

 

If the shipper and/or consignee send or receive anything prohibited by Philippine law, they alone shall be liable for any resulting legal action.

 

Lastly, MasterMovers will not be responsible for any damages incurred during the transportation of perishable or fragile items, including inherent damage and spoilage that may occur during pick-up, transit, and delivery. The merchant would be liable unless it is proven to be the fault of MMGC'S rider.

RESTRICTED ITEMS

MasterMovers reserves the right to decline restricted goods that do not adhere to packaging requirements. Additionally, MasterMovers agrees to deliver and/or transport items but disclaims liability in the event of damage or loss.

  3. Musical Instruments

  4. Plants

  5. Tickets, Receipt or Coupons

  6. Second Hand Items

  7. Important documents

ALLOWED ITEMS

If the item you intend to deliver is not included in the list of prohibited items, you are welcome to proceed with the delivery. Ensure that the product is well-packaged to prevent any unfortunate events during pick-up and transit from the merchant to the customer's delivery address.
