Is there a delivery cut off?Yes, there will be a delivery cut-off time to ensure our Ka-Master Riders have enough time to deliver orders without feeling pressured or stressed.

What are the products that MasterMovers are allowed to deliver?MasterMovers prohibits the delivery of : Living or Dead Creatures such as people, pets/animals or fish seedlings Prohibited Items such as illegal drugs, weapons, firearms, and ammunition Certainly: All types of gases, whether hazardous, flammable, or toxic. Explosive materials or items. Any form of flammable substance, whether liquid, solid, or gas. All types of radioactive materials. Any corrosive materials. Perishable goods in any form. All tobacco and cigarette products. Prescription drugs are prohibited unless authorized by the medical store for dispensing. High Valued item exceeding (₱2000), such as jewelry or any valuable item or documents not limited to jewelry and the like Items that are fragile, liquid, perishable, and prone to spoilage or melting, such as but not limited to baked goods, glassware, home appliances, computers, electronics, shampoo, watches, etc. Any forms of Negative Propaganda Items prohibited by Philippine laws, statutes, or regulations.

Are my parcels insured?Yes, your parcel is insured if you pay the protection fee, which amounts to 1% of your declared product value. Example: Declared Product Value ₱500 x Protection Fee 1% Protection Fee ₱5

Where can I place my delivery bookings?You can submit your bookings on our Facebook page by providing your name, address, contact number, product category, and indicating if the item is fragile. Alternatively, you can book through our website.

What modes of payment are supported by MasterMovers?The modes of payment accepted are E-wallet and bank transfer, aimed at preventing riders from putting their lives at risk by carrying large amounts of cash.

How to change or cancel delivery order?You have the option to change or cancel the order if the Ka-Master Merchants have not yet made their payment. However, once payment has been completed, changes to delivery details cannot be made.

Will my parcel be opened for inspection by MasterMovers?MasterMovers requires all parcels to be shipped by the company to comply with government laws and regulations. If a parcel is considered dangerous goods or illegal, the company reserves the right to open it for inspection without notice for security, customs, or other legitimate reasons. In case of an open-case inspection by government or customs officers, the company will strictly follow their instructions without prior notification to the sender or recipient. 1. The company is not liable for any damage or effects during government open-case inspections. 2. Parcels opened for inspection by a government agency lose insurance coverage. 3. If a parcel is detained for inspection, the customer must contact the government officer and provide necessary certificates to retrieve it in person. 4. If a detained parcel is released by the government, and the customer wishes to continue the shipment, they must reorder from the merchant and pay a separate shipping fee.

What shout I do if I accidentally gave the wrong customer information?You can update customer details before payment. Once confirmed, no further changes can be made. However, if it's a minor error, you may pay a fee for adjustments. If it's in a different zone, you would need to rebook, and refunds would not be available in such cases.

Should I print a waybill?There is no need for a waybill; MasterMovers will provide you with an order ID sticker for even better data security.

Can I ship fragile items?Yes, but it is the sole responsibility of the Ka-Master merchant to ensure that packages are securely wrapped with materials such as bubble wrap, styrofoam, or newspaper to make them shock-resistant for delivery. NOTE: The fragile sticker provided by MASTERMOVERS must be attached to the parcel, and our Ka-Master riders must be informed about the fragile content of the products.

How to use the order ID Sticker?The order ID sticker comes in two types: Fragile and Non-Fragile. It serves to indicate whether the parcel is fragile or not, acts as a seal for the parcel, and, lastly, is where the order ID is indicated for faster and secure tracking, as no customer information is provided.

Where can I get more ORDER ID Stickers?MasterMovers will provide you with the order ID sticker, so please communicate with us before you run out of stickers. However, we will also instruct our riders to have some order ID stickers with them upon pickup, just in case you really run out of order ID stickers.
